How many do I need to order?
Chairs and stools are sold in pairs: they ship in boxes of 2 identical pieces (same model, fabric, colour and finish), so for each combination the quantity is even: 2, 4, 6 and so on. In the same order you can mix models or colours, each in pairs. Armchairs, settees and sofas can also be ordered individually.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No: it is made to order in the fabric, colour and finish you choose, so by law it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 59, par. 1, letter c, Italian Consumer Code). The free cancellation within 24 hours and the 2-year legal warranty shown above still apply: if it arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we replace it.
Which fabrics can I choose and how do I clean them?
Four fabric collections, 40 colours in total. Microfibra, Velluto and Scamosciato are water-repellent: fresh stains come off with a damp cloth, without rubbing; for stubborn dirt use lukewarm water and mild soap, dabbing. Melange is not water-repellent (dry liquids straight away and clean with a slightly damp cloth), but it is the most abrasion-resistant fabric in the range (190,000 Martindale cycles), ideal for bars and restaurants. How can I pay?
By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Prices include VAT and there are no extra shipping costs: what you see is what you pay.
