For each chair and stool, choose the fabric collection (Melange, Microfibre, Velvet, Suede-effect), the color from over 40 available, and the leg finish: 11 shades for metal, 8 for wood. There are thousands of possible combinations.
Can I have a color that is not in the catalog? Yes, we can custom-paint to match your requested colour at no extra cost. Write to us at info@divaniclick.com indicating the desired color or RAL code.
Can I see the fabrics before ordering? Of course: you can request samples and receive them at home. A fabric needs to be touched and seen in the light of your environment, especially when choosing an important color.
How much does shipping cost? Nothing: it's included in the price for all of Italy. The price you see on the product sheet is the final price.
What are the delivery times? On average 20-25 business days: the seats are made to order in the configuration you have chosen.
Are prices VAT included? Yes, all prices on the site include VAT.
Do the chairs arrive assembled? They arrive almost completely assembled: for most models, you just need to attach the frame with the 4 screws provided. A few minutes of work.
Can I see the chairs in person? Yes, our seats are displayed in the Tecnologie per Dormire showroom, at Via Barbaro Forleo 35 in Francavilla Fontana (BR), tel. 0831 811428. Opening hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:30 (Thursday afternoon closed).
Can I return a product? You have 14 days from receipt for the right of withdrawal. Please note: for products custom-made according to your configuration, the law excludes the right of withdrawal, which is all the more reason to request fabric samples before ordering.
What warranty do your products have? All products are covered by the 24-month legal conformity warranty provided for consumers.

Which seats do you recommend for a venue? Models with Melange fabric (approximately 190,000 Martindale cycles) are designed for intensive use. For counters, we have stools in 65 and 75 cm heights.
