The price you see is the price you pay: shipping in Italy is already included in the cost of each chair, stool, and armchair. No surprise costs at checkout.
Delivery times.
Our seating is made to order, with your chosen fabric and finish combination. This means it takes an average of 20-25 working days from order confirmation: this is the time needed for your seating to be produced exactly as you configured it, rather than taken from a shelf.
How delivery works.
Delivery is made by express courier, Monday to Friday, to street level. The courier will contact you in advance to arrange the date, and the chairs are shipped individually packaged and well protected. They arrive almost fully assembled: for most models, you just need to attach the frame to the shell with the 4 screws provided, using the included tool.
If the packaging is damaged.
In the rare event that the packaging shows obvious damage, immediately report the circumstance to the courier and write "acceptance with reservation for damaged packaging" on the shipping document. Then write to us at info@divaniclick.com and we will resolve it.
Orders for bars, restaurants and projects.
For bulk supplies (venues, hotels, offices, architectural firms), we organize customized delivery to the site, with agreed times and methods. We also ship to Europe: for a quote for your country, write to us at info@divaniclick.com indicating models and quantities.
