We deliver only within Italy

At present we deliver exclusively to addresses in Italy, islands included (see "Special deliveries").

Shipping included in the price

The price you see is the price you pay: standard shipping within Italy, with kerbside delivery, is already included in the price of every chair, stool and armchair.

Delivery times

Our seating is made to order, in the combination of fabric, colour and finish you choose. For this reason the agreed delivery time is 20-25 working days from order confirmation. Deliveries close to public holidays may take a few extra days: in that case we let you know in good time. If we cannot deliver within that time, you have the rights provided for in art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code, described in the Terms and Conditions.

How delivery works

Delivery is made by express courier, Monday to Friday, at street level. The courier contacts you in advance to agree on the date. Chairs travel already assembled and well protected, in boxes containing at most two pieces. Until the goods are handed over to you, or to a person designated by you, the risk of loss or damage remains with us.

If you are not in when the courier calls

If the courier cannot find you, they leave a notice and contact you to arrange a new attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the goods are held in storage: we contact you to arrange redelivery and any storage costs, which we communicate to you before proceeding.

If the packaging is damaged

If the packaging shows obvious damage, write "accepted with reservation for damaged packaging" on the delivery note and then email us at info@divaniclick.com with a few photos: we take care of everything. Even if you did not sign with reservation, your guarantee rights remain valid.

Special deliveries

For restricted traffic zones, historic centres not accessible to vehicles, minor islands or delivery to the floor, let us know in the order Notes field or write to us before ordering: if a surcharge is needed we tell you before starting production and, if you do not accept it, you can cancel the order at no cost.
